Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cadigence, a drawing review and approval platform for AutoCAD teams operated by WizzTime Software Private Limited (“WizzTime”, “we”, “us”). Cadigence is currently provided to invited organisations only. By accepting your invitation, creating an account, or accessing the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

1. The service

Cadigence provides a SaaS platform comprising an AutoCAD plugin, a local service agent, and a web-based management portal. The platform captures drawing production metadata, supports structured approval workflows, and detects unauthorised post-approval changes to drawing files. Cadigence does not store, access, or transmit your DWG drawing files at any time.

2. Accounts and access

Access to Cadigence is currently by invitation only; we do not offer public self-registration. Accounts are created when your organisation’s administrator invites you. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. Each account is licensed to one named user, and sharing credentials across multiple users is not permitted. You must notify us immediately at support@cadigence.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Subscription and payment

Cadigence is currently provided to invited organisations, and no charges apply through the platform at this time.

When paid subscriptions are introduced, the available plans, pricing, billing cycles, and applicable taxes will be published on our pricing page and made available to you before any charge applies. Payments would be handled by a secure third-party payment processor (such as Razorpay); we would not store your card or bank account details.

We will give you reasonable advance notice of any commercial terms before they take effect.

4. Refunds

Refund terms will be published together with our subscription plans when paid subscriptions are introduced. As no charges currently apply through the platform, no refunds arise at this time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Cadigence software
• Use the platform to monitor individuals in a manner that violates applicable law
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission from Cadigence
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

6. Data and privacy

You retain full ownership of all data generated through your use of the platform. Cadigence does not sell, share, or use your data for any commercial purpose other than providing the service.

Your data is stored on servers located in India. On termination of your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days, during which you may export it. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

7. Uptime and support

Cadigence targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the web portal, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Support is provided via email at support@cadigence.com. We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizzTime’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees (if any) paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

WizzTime is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

WizzTime is not responsible for decisions made by you or your organisation based on data provided by the platform.

9. Intellectual property

Cadigence and all related software, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of WizzTime Software Private Limited. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform during your subscription or access period.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Cadigence may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms or if payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days of the due date.

On termination, your access to the platform ceases and the data retention policy in Clause 6 applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
