These Terms of Service govern your use of Cadigence, a CAD production intelligence platform operated by Cadigence Technologies Private Limited ("Cadigence", "we", "us"). By creating an account or checking the acceptance box at signup, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
Cadigence provides a SaaS platform comprising an AutoCAD plugin, a local service agent, and a web-based management portal. The platform captures drawing production metadata, supports structured approval workflows, and detects unauthorised post-approval changes to drawing files. Cadigence does not store, access, or transmit your DWG drawing files at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Each seat is licensed to one named user. Sharing credentials across multiple users is not permitted. You must notify us immediately at support@cadigence.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Pricing is published at cadigence.com/pricing. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due within 5 days of invoice. If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, access to the platform will be suspended automatically. Access is restored within 4 hours of payment being received.
Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder 45 days before your renewal date.
Seats can be added at any time. Seats can only be reduced at the time of renewal.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
For annual subscriptions, a pro-rata refund is available if you cancel within the first 30 days, minus the cost of one full month at the monthly rate. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

You retain full ownership of all data generated through your use of the platform. Cadigence does not sell, share, or use your data for any commercial purpose other than providing the service.
Your data is stored on servers located in India. On termination of your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days, during which you may export it. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Cadigence targets 99.5% monthly uptime for the web portal, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Support is provided via email at support@cadigence.com. We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cadigence's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Cadigence is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cadigence is not responsible for decisions made by you or your organisation based on data provided by the platform.
Cadigence and all related software, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Cadigence Technologies Private Limited. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform during your subscription period.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Cadigence may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms or if payment remains outstanding beyond 30 days of the due date.
On termination, your access to the platform ceases and the data retention policy in Clause 6 applies.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
